“If we want cheerfulness to pay us a visit we have to be free, and to be free we must stop amassing inner burdens. Cheerfulness is linked to the idea of lightness. And what makes us light? Love. Love warms and expands our heart, and then we become light, like a balloon floating up into the atmosphere, and we rise joyfully into space. Cheerfulness is one of the most poetic expressions of love. When you love someone, you only have to hear their name or see them from afar to feel cheerful, joyful, and for your soul to begin to sing.
You will say that if the person you love doesn’t love you, seeing them from afar or hearing their name will make you suffer. This is true, but this means that the love you feel for them is still not true love.
True love is self-sufficient; it expects nothing. And as it expects nothing, it gives you everything.”

The photo is so well chosen to express cheerfulness!
Thank you dear Carmen 🙂 I find it so special!
Enjoy your day!
Heh, yesterday I had a friend share a clipping from a famous rabbi who once said: “Don’t ever complain about anything ever being terrible in your life because if you do, God in Heaven will say, ‘You think that’s terrible? I’ll give you terrible!’ While if you go around talking about how wonderful things are, God will say, ‘You think that’s wonderful? Oh, I’ll give you wonderful!”
Or I guess you will reap what you sow and cheerful is nice seed.
I used to teach the sales reps that were under me to smile in a mirror when they made their prospecting calls it improved their closing ratios and even the enjoyment of an unpleasant task (phone calling to people to sell them something is not pleasant) a lot more palatable. Anyhow nice thing to think on from Master Aivanhov.
Thank you Albert ! Did you receive my message with my email address on my FB message yesterday?
