Life’s Journey

When we set out on life’s journeys, we need to carry provisions – bread, for example. The bread stands for the truths of a spiritual teaching. And its nature is such that it can be a provision, not only for our present lifetime but also for future ones. If we want these truths to feed us every day, we must love them and trust in their power.

A spiritual teaching is a living being that responds according to how we receive it. We have all embarked on a long journey, which began thousands of years ago and is not over. We have already travelled through many regions, but so many more await us!

Our present life is only a stage on this journey, and we were preparing for it for a long time. In what we are living now, we are eating the bread we filled our bag with in the past.
