Prayer at Sunrise, Part 3/7

Let me give you some formulas that you can use as you watch the sun rising. Wait until you see the first rays of sunlight and then, very lovingly, say these words in your heart:

‘As the sun rises over the world, so may the Sun of truth, freedom, immortality and eternity, rise in my spirit.
‘As the sun rises above the world, so may the Sun of love and immensity rise in my soul.
‘As the sun rises above the world, so may the Sun of intelligence, light and wisdom rise in my intellect.
‘As the sun rises above the world, so may the Sun of gentleness, kindness, joy, happiness and purity rise in my heart.
‘As this luminous, radiant sun rises over the world, so may the Sun of strength, power, force, dynamic energy and activity rise in my will.
‘And as this luminous, radiant, living sun rises over the world, so may the Sun of health, vitality and vigour rise in my body.
‘Amen. So be it, for the kingdom of God and his righteousness. ‘Amen. So be it, for the glory of God.’

This is a very powerful magical formula.
I have given you so many exercises. You have enough for a lifetime. Use them and you will all be as radiant, shining and beautiful as the Kerubim and Seraphim, as true children of God. Then life will be filled with gladness and joy, poetry and music.

Why not work to make this come true? Why spend your days and nights plunged in sadness, darkness and fear, instead of orientating your lives, in a spirit of harmony and unity with all the members of the Universal White Brotherhood, towards the highest and most beautiful regions of creation? This is what our teaching is all about.

Lecture from 20 April, 1983, Why look at the sunrise?
The sun is the centre of our solar system ; by harmonizing with the sun when it rises we are linking to our higher Self which is our inner sun, and we then succeed in awakening particles of this higher Self which projects onto us extraordinary elements.

May the angels and archangels open the floodgates and pour out their generosity on the children of God, on all mankind.

May there be an abundance of light and understanding, an abundance of joy and happiness so that mankind may, at last, accomplish the exalted mission for which it is on earth: to reflect and express the Creator and the glorious beauty of heaven.

Blessed are those who are aware of this.
Blessed are those who are consumed by this sacred fire.
Blessed are those who make up their minds to be conductors of their heavenly Father.
Blessed are the meek.
Blessed are those who know peace.
Blessed are those who want to work and make sacrifices.
Blessed, blessed, blessed be the children of the Universal White Brotherhood!
