Respiration

Meditation

‘Never forget that it is by your meditations that you allow your inner Self to express itself and reach its full flowering. Of course, we are practically never conscious of the realities that this being gazes on, but if we continue to do these exercises regularly and often, little by little they will reach our consciousness and constitute an inner treasure that will always be with us.

Sunrise Meditations
